Refund Policy
If you buy ASVAB Daily and it is not what you wanted, ask for your money back within 7 days. We will return the full amount you paid. No explanation and no sales pitch. We may ask only for the details needed to find the purchase and return the right payment.
What this policy covers
This policy applies whenever ASVAB Daily presents a paid option and you complete that purchase. Publishing it here means the terms are available before you pay rather than written afterwards to suit us.
It deliberately names no price and no length of access. Those are commercial terms, and the one place they are guaranteed to be current is the checkout itself rather than a policy page that can quietly fall out of date. Whatever they are on the day you buy, they will be stated at the point of purchase before you pay, and everything on this page applies to them.
The 7-day window
You have 7 days from the moment of purchase to request a full refund of what you paid. Within that window the refund is unconditional. In particular:
- You do not have to give a reason, and we will not ask for one.
- Using the product does not forfeit the refund. Study as much as you like in those 7 days - the point of the window is to find out whether the product works for you, and you cannot do that without using it.
- There is no retention offer and no counter-proposal. The in-app confirmation only verifies that you intend to send the request. Once you send it, we process the refund without a sales pitch.
- A request that reaches us inside the window is honoured even if we process it a few days later.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the full amount paid. Your bank or card issuer decides how long it takes to appear, which is typically several business days and is not something we control.
Each purchase can be repaid only up to the amount paid. If your bank or the payment processor has already returned the full charge, there is nothing left for us to return. If it returned only part, we return no more than the remaining eligible amount. When a refund request overlaps with a dispute, we coordinate the two so the total repayment does not exceed the charge. We will not ask you to give up a valid dispute or legal right.
What happens to your access
When a full refund is issued, the paid access it bought ends. Your account and your study record are untouched - your answers, progress, streak, and schedule stay exactly where they are, and you keep using the free product. A refund is not an account deletion. If you want your data gone too, that is a separate action you take yourself from your Profile page, described in the Privacy Policy.
Nothing renews
A paid option here is bought once. It is not billed on a schedule, nothing renews by itself, and there is no recurring charge to cancel. That is the shape of the product rather than a setting you have to find and switch off, so there is no cancellation flow to hunt for and nothing left running quietly in the background after you buy.
What a purchase buys is access for a set period rather than forever. How long that period lasts is stated at the point of purchase, before you pay. When it runs out, access ends and you are not charged again to continue. If another paid option is available to you later, you may choose to buy it on purpose. Either way your account and your study record stay where they are and the free product keeps working.
We will not turn a purchase you have already made into a repeating one. If a repeating option ever exists, it will be a separate thing you choose deliberately, stated plainly before you pay, and never applied to a purchase you made under these terms. Whatever the commercial terms are, the 7-day window above applies to the purchase.
After the window
After 7 days we do not offer refunds as a matter of course. If something goes genuinely wrong - you were charged twice, you were charged for something you did not buy, or the product was unavailable for a meaningful stretch of what you paid for - contact us. Those are our mistakes to fix, and the 7-day window does not limit them.
Nothing in this policy takes away a refund or cancellation right you have under the law where you live. Where local consumer law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.
Chargebacks
You may dispute a charge with your bank. Contacting us first is often faster, but it is not required. If a dispute is already open, mention it when you contact us so two refunds are not issued. We do not penalize genuine disputes.
Fair use of this policy
An honest refund request is ordinary use of this policy. Total repayment will not exceed the amount paid, and a full refund ends the paid access it bought. If the records show an unauthorized payment, a claim for a purchase that did not occur, shared paid access, or a deliberate cycle meant to keep paid access without paying, we may refuse future sales or act on the account under the Terms of Service. Any eligible refund remains due. Contact us if we got it wrong and we will take another look.
How to ask
Sign in, open Profile, and use "Request a refund" in Payment and access. Review the confirmation, then send the request. That saves an account-linked request for our team; it does not mean the refund has already completed. You do not need to explain why.
If you cannot use the in-app request, email contact@condedigitalsolutions.com from the address on your account. Include the purchase reference from Profile if you can see it.
