Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ASVAB Daily, a study tool operated by Conde Digital Solutions LLC. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What ASVAB Daily is
ASVAB Daily is independent test-preparation software for the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery. It gives you practice questions, tracks what you get right and wrong, schedules reviews, and estimates where you stand. That is the whole of it.
It is not the ASVAB, it is not a source of official scores, and it is not part of any enlistment process.
Independence and trademark
ASVAB Daily is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense, any branch of the United States Armed Forces, any Military Entrance Processing Station, or any other government agency. Endorsement by the United States Department of Defense is not intended nor implied. ASVAB is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Defense; we use the name only to identify the test this software helps you study for, which is nominative use, and we claim no rights in it.
Our questions are ours
No question in ASVAB Daily is a real ASVAB item. Every question was originally authored against the publicly published ASVAB blueprint - the subtests, the content domains, and the item formats that the ASVAB program itself describes publicly. We do not use, copy, reconstruct, or paraphrase live or retired test material, and we do not want any. If you are looking for leaked items, this is the wrong product.
One consequence worth being explicit about: because our items are ours, practising them teaches the skills the test measures. It does not teach you the test's actual questions, and nothing here should be treated as a preview of what you will see at MEPS.
Scores here are estimates, and always will be
Any AFQT figure, line score, or subtest score ASVAB Daily shows you is an estimate derived from your practice inside this app. It is always presented with a range and a confidence level, because a point estimate from practice data would imply a precision that does not exist.
It is not a prediction of your official ASVAB score, it is not a guarantee of any score, and it has no standing with a recruiter, a Military Entrance Processing Station, or any branch of service. Score requirements for jobs and programs are set by each service, they change, and the figures shown in this app are our best reading of public sources rather than an authority. Confirm every number that matters with a recruiter.
We do not guarantee that you will pass, qualify for any job or program, reach any score, or be able to enlist. We offer no enlistment service, no recruitment service, and no placement service of any kind, and we have no relationship with any recruiter.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to use ASVAB Daily. If you are under 13, you may not use the service or create an account.
We do not ask for your date of birth and we do not run an age check. Asking every user for a birth date would collect more personal data from more people than the alternative, and we would rather hold less. If we receive a credible report that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will investigate promptly and take the steps required by applicable law. A report alone does not prove authority over an account, so we use a verified process before restricting or deleting it. A parent or guardian can contact us using the address below. The Privacy Policy explains the active-account deletion process and the limited security, payment, log, and backup records that can survive it.
If you are old enough to use the service but under the age of majority where you live, you may only use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and any purchase should be theirs to make.
Your account
- There is no password. Your email address is the credential - anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so treat access to that inbox as access to your account.
- One account per person. Do not share an account, and do not create an account using someone else's email address.
- Give us an address you can actually receive mail at. If you cannot receive our sign-in link, we cannot sign you in.
- You can request account deletion at any time from your Profile page. The service permanently removes the active account and personal study rows after its payment, recovery-authority, and database steps finish safely. If Stripe reports that a payment is still processing before recovery authority is committed, deletion stops, releases the new deletion fence, and leaves the account intact. After recovery authority is committed, a recovery-record or database failure instead leaves the account locked from ordinary changes while an owner-confirmed repeat or bounded retry resumes the same deletion. See the Privacy Policy for the backup, recovery, security, payment, and log records that can survive active-account deletion.
- We may limit, suspend, or close an account if the records reasonably show that it is being used to attack, scrape, defraud, obtain paid access without paying, or otherwise breach these terms. We will explain the decision unless doing so would compromise security, fraud prevention, or a legal duty. Contact us if we got it wrong and we will take another look.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- Copy, scrape, bulk-download, republish, or resell our questions, explanations, or other content. The content is ours and is protected by copyright.
- Use the service to build, train, or evaluate a competing product, including by automated extraction of content.
- Attack the service: probe or breach authentication, evade rate limits, run automated traffic outside normal use, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
- Bypass paid-access controls, use a payment method you are not authorized to use, seek more than one recovery of the same payment, or deliberately try to keep paid access after its payment has been refunded or reversed.
- Impersonate anyone, or sign in to an account that is not yours.
- Use the service for anything unlawful.
Normal personal study, ordinary browser caching, fair use, and other uses allowed by law remain allowed. The restrictions above address bulk extraction, redistribution, evasion, and harm.
Good-faith security research is welcome. Limit testing to what is needed to show the issue, avoid disruption, and stop if you encounter personal data. Report the issue promptly, and do not keep or share that data. Research within those limits is not abuse under these terms.
Content and ownership
The questions, explanations, software, design, and the ASVAB Daily name and mark belong to Conde Digital Solutions LLC to the extent protected by applicable law. The use restrictions in these terms apply independently of whether a particular element qualifies for copyright protection. Your use of the service gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study, and nothing more.
Your study record is yours. We do not claim ownership of your answers or your progress. You can request an export or account deletion from your Profile page. Those requests follow the security, payment, and recovery process described in the Privacy Policy, including temporary fail-closed outcomes when a safe result cannot yet be confirmed.
Payment
If ASVAB Daily offers you a paid option, its current displayed price, access period, and what it includes will be stated before you leave for secure checkout. Stripe will show the final total, including any applicable tax, before you pay. The Refund Policy applies to that purchase. We will not start charging for something you are already using without telling you first.
Hosted checkout requires you to affirmatively accept these terms before paying. The version you accept is the version identified by the last-updated date on this page.
Eligible refund requests and genuine payment disputes are allowed. Payment abuse includes using an unauthorized payment method, seeking two recoveries for one charge, sharing paid access through multiple accounts, or deliberately keeping paid access without paying for it. If the records reasonably show abuse, we may cancel the transaction, refuse a future purchase, or act on the account. An eligible refund is still due. If we cancel a purchase after capturing payment, we return any amount not already reversed. Contact us if we got it wrong and we will take another look.
Availability and changes
We do not promise the service will be available at any particular time or without interruption. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data first.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, the effective date at the top will change and we will give conspicuous notice in the service rather than changing the terms quietly. If applicable law or the nature of the change requires renewed consent, we will ask for it before the change applies to you. Otherwise, continuing to use the service after the notified effective date means you accept the updated terms. A later change will not retroactively shorten paid access you already bought or take away a refund right that applied when you paid.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Specifically, and without limiting that: we do not warrant that the questions are free of errors, that every answer key has been reviewed by a subject-matter expert, that score estimates are accurate, that the career and eligibility information shown is current, or that the service will meet your requirements. Where a question's answer key has not been verified by a human reviewer, we do not represent it as verified.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Conde Digital Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, or lost opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. This includes any outcome connected to the real ASVAB, an enlistment decision, or a job qualification.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred United States dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Conde Digital Solutions LLC consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Texas. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer right or any right to bring a claim in another forum when applicable law requires it.
The rest
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. You may not transfer your rights under them; we may transfer ours if the service changes hands, and you would be told if that happened.
